Mrs. Clara Stevens Dies in Hospital
Mrs. Clara Stevens, of RD 1, Harveys Lake, died Thursday afternoon at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She had been in ill health the last several years.
Mrs. Stevens, the former Clara Kyttle, was born in Tunkhannock. She was the widow of Dr. Steve Stevens, prominent physchian of Exeter, who died in 1941.
Mrs. Stevens was a member of St. Mars Greek Catholic Church, Kingston.
Surviving are a son, Emil, Allentown; two grandson; her mother, Mrs. Ellen Kyttle, Sweet Valley; two brothers and two sisters, Earl and Mrs. Melvin Rosebcrans, Sweet Valley; Walter, Harveys Lake; and Mrs. Howard Brader, Lynwood sction of Hanover Township.
Body has been removed to the funeral home, 568 Bennett Street, Luzerne, where the funeral will be held.
