Past president, Lincoln Country Club. Graduate, University of Nebraska, 1932; Phi Kappa Phi Fraternity; UNL "N" Club, basketball, 1930; All Big 8 basketball player. Lincoln High "L" Club, basketball, 1926. Active in several insurance organizations.
Survivors: sons, daughters-in-law, Robert and Darlene, Issaquah, Wash., William and Cindy, Lincoln; daughter, son-in-law, Marilyn "Marti" and Torre Lessor, Tempe, Ariz.; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, Helen; parents.
