Betty Lucille Mathis Jones, 83, of Sheridan, died Wednesday at Sheridan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born Nov. 11, 1919, at Grapevine, a daughter of the late Edgar Mathis and Ida Viola Mathis.
She was retired from Arkansas State Forestry Commission
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church at Sheridan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Jones.
Survivors include her caregivers, Betty Puckett, Dewayne Puckett, Mary Camera and Andrew Camera, all of Sheridan.
