David A. Bowermaster 70, of Franklin died Saturday July 7, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. David was an avid golfer and retired from C G & E (Duke Energy) as a Supervisor. David was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Kathryn (Copper) Bowermaster and a brother, Eddie and sister, Judy. He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon, 2 sons, Scott and Brian Bowermaster, a daughter, Amy Shearer, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He also leaves a brother, Richard Bowermaster and 2 sisters, Janice Lanier and Donna Jean Robinson.
Funeral services will be at the convenience of the family at the Anderson Funeral Home 1357 E. 2nd. St. Franklin, with Pastor Duane Harney officiating. Burial will be in Woodhill Cemetery. Condolences may be made to the family at www.anderson-fh.com. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Middletown.
