GASTONIA ~ Elizabeth Lynn Breedlove, 89, passed away July 7, 2012 at the home.
She was born Jan. 3, 1923 in Gaston County, daughter of the late Joseph J. and Martha Whisnant Lynn.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Greene Funeral Service - West Chapel, officiated by Pastor Roger Webb. Interment will be at Bessemer City Memorial Cemetery, Bessemer City.
Mrs. Breedlove is survived by her sons, Ronald Breedlove and spouse Mary of King's Creek, S.C., Jerry Lee Breedlove of Gastonia; daughters, Brenda B. Cavender of Gastonia, Mary Joyce and spouse Jerry of Winnabow, N.C.; 12 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 19 great great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Hank Breedlove; two brothers; and three sisters.
Arrangements are with the West Chapel of Greene Funeral Service and Crematorium, Gastonia.
