John Thielges. Dansville, died in his home on Dock Street. Friday, April 7, 1944, after a long illness. He had worked as a nurseryman for many years.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Kuhn of Livonia, Mrs. Jacob Shultz of Cohocton and Mrs. James Collins of East Avon; two brothers, Casper and Fred of Dansville; Also several nieces and nephews. The funeral was held from Smith Funeral Home and services were held Monday at 10:30 am. In St. Mary's Church. Burial was in Holy Cross cemetery.
The pallbearers were Burton Balding, Albert Rauber, William Harrington, Nicholas Johantgen, Herman Gerber, and Peter Didas.
