A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 26, 1999, in Portland Memorial Funeral Home for Amanda Lynn Thomas, who died Nov. 20 of meningococcal disease at age 19.
Ms. Thomas was born Nov. 2, 1980, in Upland, Calif., and had been a Portland resident since she was 8 months old. She attended Cleveland High School and graduated from Vocational Village. For the past six months, she worked for the state of Oregon providing care and household assistance to disabled people.
Survivors include her parents, Jamie and Pamela of Portland; brother, Cody of Portland; and grandparents, Eve and Henry Thomas of Oregon City and Donald Stone of Desert Hot Springs, Calif.
Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City.
