Son of Reno Edward and Doris Naomi Hisle Atkinson.
He married June Tarr Aug. 20, 1945 at Columbus, Ks.
They later divorced.
He married Enid R. Barnes March 7, 1964 at Kansas City, Mo.
She preceded him in death June 24, 1991.
Father of Gregory Atkinson and Stan Atkinson, both of Kansas City, Mo.
Bradley Atkinson of Broken Arrow, Okla.
Valerie Gawthorp of Tulsa, Okla.
