Notes: Oscar L. Baltimore. Oscar L. Baltimore, retired East Side businessman, died yesterday in Mt. Sinai Hospital. He was 65. For 30 years Mr. Baltimore owned the Circle Parking lot, located at Euclid Ave., near E. 105th St. He was a longtime treasurer of St. Mark Presbyterian Church and a member of that congregation's Mr. and Mrs. Club. Mr. Baltimore belonged to the Elks Lodge. His funeral will be at 11 a. m. Thursday in St. Mark Church. The arrangements are by Donald E. Watson Funeral Home, 10913 Superior Ave. Surviving are his wife, Delia; a son, Oscar Jr.; a daughter, Mrs. Bessie Jean Pugh; a brother, Harvey, three sisters, Mrs. Sally Johnson, Mrs. Nellie Major and Mrs. Lillian Brown, and two grandchildren. Mr. Baltimore lived at 2276 E. 103d St.
