Lester Rosiere Sr. on Sunday, Feb. 20, 1983 at Hotel Dieu Hospital. Husband of Theresa L. Rosiere. Father of Marguerite Delaney, Lester Rosiere Jr., Katie Miller, Alan Rossiere Robert Rosiere, and Stephen Rosider. Stepfather of Linda Dillon, James Daughtry, Jr., and David Paul Daughtry. Brother of Olga Neyrey, Mildred Gourgeout, Phyllis Greer, Francis Rosiere, Louis Rosiere, Audrey Rosiere, Gary Rosier, and the late Eugene Rosiere, Jr., Earl Rosiere and Haydee Turgeau. Son of the late Eugene and Isabelle Rosiere. Also survived by 18 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends of the family, also employees of Traffic Court of New Orleans, the Fairground, New Orleans Police Dept., Criminal District Court, New Orleans Firefighters, Union National Insurance Company, and Corps of Engineers are invited to attend the funeral services from the Metairie funeral home on Lamana-Panno-Fallo, 1717 Veterans Memorial Blvd. at Bonnebel Blvd. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, 1983 at 1:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial in the chapel. Interment in St. Patrick No. 3 Cemetery.
