I found a Ruby age 22 boarding with the Julian Harris family in Anderson Twp Madison Co IN in 1830, and I also found Ruby Stout 22 Living with her parents in Indianapolis listed as a stenographer in the same township as the Caulkins family. The Lafayette Indiana Journal and Courier Newspaper Index 1902 - 1952 had an item: "Coulkins, Thomas O. & Ruby Stout m - 11 Jun 1931 at New York City, New York." Florida death records shows Ruby Stout Caulkins born 23 Mar 1906 died 14 Mar 1993 Manatee Co., FL.
