Susan Younk, age 86, a resident of Minneapolis, MN, formerly of Royalton, MN, passed away January 19,
2000, at St. Anthony Health Center in Minneapolis.


Mass of Christian Burial was held January 22 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton with Fat her Laurn Virnig officiating. Burial was in the Holy Trinity Parish Cemetery.


Susan was born August 10, 1913, to Albert and Rose (Schlichting) Kloss in Royalton. She was united in marriage to Albert Younk in 1947 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Royalton. They moved to Minneapolis where she worked and tended to her family. She was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in
Minneapolis.


She is survived by one son, Gene and wife Gini Younk of Minneapolis; one granddaughter, Courtne of Minneapolis; two brothers, Albert and wife Angeline Kloss of St. Cloud, MN, and Ira Kloss of Royalton; and one sister, Bridget Grundhoefer of St. Cloud.


She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Albert; one sister Victoria Salzbrun; and four brothers,
Sam, Ed, Tony and John Kloss.


Casketbearers were Tom Yates, David Drews, Greg Frank, Dan Chmielewski, Tom Kloss and Fred Kloss.
