Died in Oakwood Country Place. She and Howard Dean Cherry were married Nov. 26, 1930, in Rosedale. After marrying, she lived in Tacoma, WA, Portland and Forestville, CA. Her husband died in 1970. Several years later, Mrs. Cherry moved from Tacoma to Grand Ronde. She had lived in McMinnville for the past 1 1/2 years. She belonged to Rosedale Cemetery Association and enjoyed gardening, sewing and corresponding with family and friends. Survivors include two daughters, Daphne Bailey of Grand Ronde and Janet Cherry of South Beach; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
