SUMMERDALE - Eddie Keith Haigler, a native of Chilton County and a resident of Summerdale, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 1998. Haigler, 71, was employed by Daphne Cleaners. He is survived by his wife, Vera Mae Haigler of Summerdale; two daughters, Renee Gill of Robertsdale and Charlotte Davis of Summerdale; four sons, Edward Haigler of Odenton, Md., Keith Haigler of Summerdale, Steve Gifford, of Gilbert, Ariz. and Michael Ezell of Nashville, Tenn.; one sister, Birdie Mae Trott of Daphne; two brothers , W.L. Haigler and J.W. Haigler, both of Maplesville; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday at the Belforest Christian Church, with the Rev. Nathan Thomas officiating. Burial will be in the Belforest Community Center Cemetery in Daphne. A visitation will be held from 6 until 9 p.m. Sunday at Mack Funeral Home. The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Belforest Christian Church, 25270 County Road 54, Daphne AL 36526. Funeral arrangements are by Mack Funeral Home in Robertsdale.
