Daughter of Jacob and Nannie Jane Jones Miller.
She was raised in Kennewick and Puyallup, Washington. She graduated from Amity High School. She and her husband owned and operated the Amity Confectionery in Amity. They later moved to McMinnville, where they owned and operated the Blue Moon restaurant and bar. She moved to Salem, where she worked at the Marion Hotel.
Mrs. Weekly had lived in Rickreall since 1957. She worked in fraternal lodges in McMinnville, Salem and Independence, retiring in 1989. She belonged to Neighbors of Woodcraft and the Eagles Lodge.
Survivors include four sons, Thomas Rosenbalm of Amity, Craig Rosenbalm of Rickreall, Gary Rosenbalm of Portland and Martin "Ted" Rosenbalm of Corvallis; a brother, Dorsey Miller of Echo; 18 grandchildren; and 35 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three husbands, Kenneth Weekly in 1985, Martin Rosenbalm Sr., and Wilburt McConnell; a sister; and two brothers.
