COOPER , OTIS CLIFFORD - age 85, of Maryville, passed away Sunday afternoon, January 21, 2001, at U. T. Medical Center. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War II. Preceded in death by parents, Franklin Fate and Margaret Lail Cooper ; sons, Clifford and Jackie Cooper ; sisters, Della Cunningham, Grace Overton, Lola May Vineyard, Beulah Boone, Thelma McCoy, and brothers Harvey, Johnnie and Luke Cooper . Survivors: grandchildren, Susan Orr of Maryville, Denise McDonald of Maryville, Lisa Durand of Maryville, Barbie Gidigiulio of Nevada, and Gary Cooper of Chicago, Ill.; great-grandchildren, Joshua Callihan, Alexandria Gidigiulio, Damion Gidigiulio, Danae Gidigiulio; brothers, Ellis Cooper of Maryville and Walter Cooper of Tallassee; several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 23, 2001, at Miller Funeral Home Chapel, Rev. Scott Campbell officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Grandview Cemetery for the interment service. The family will receive friends 6-7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
