Donald Ray Baker born as the 5th child of twelve on June 25, 1934, in Bokoshe, Oklahoma to Lushes James Baker and Flossie Lee Bryant Baker.
He passed from this life on June 29, 2012 in Fort Smith, AR.

Donald was a finish carpenter, an Army Veteran, a member of Calvary Temple United Pentecostal Church in Greenwood.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Jerry Don Baker, four brothers, M.L. Baker (Bill), Troy Baker, William J. (Dub) and Gerald Baker, four sisters, Freda Mae Baker, Reba Gustin, Odie Stotts, and Erma Stanford.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bobbie Jean Gilbert Baker, one daughter, Dana Baker Henderson of Arkoma, OK, one grandson, Dustin, Baker of Conroe, TX, great granddaughter, Cadence Baker of Conroe, TX, one sister, Ruth Graham of Athens, TX, two brothers, Jimmie Baker and wife Bertha of Fort Smith, AR and Ronnie Baker and wife Margie of Nowata, OK and one sister in law, Willena Baker of Tulsa, OK, 23 nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral service will be held at Calvary Temple United Pentecostal Church in Greenwood, Tuesday, July 3, 2012 with interment at Milton Cemetery in Bokoshe, OK.

Family will visit with friends, Monday 6:00 until 7:30 p.m. at Lewis Funeral Chapel, Fort Smith.
