John T. Morrow, age 93, of 190 John Morrow Road, Waynesville, NC was born in Haywood County on Mar. 4, 1909 and passed away on Wednesday morning, September 11, 2002, at his residence.
A native of Haywood County, he was the son of the late William Crayton and Mattie Treadway Morrow. He retired from American Enka with 41 years service and was a member of First Baptist Church of Waynesville.
He is survived by a daughter, a son, three sisters, six grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren and his caregivers,
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of First Baptist Church of Waynesville.
Burial will follow at Garrett-Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
