MRS. ELLA REBECCA RHODES
Of Royer, Williamsburg RD 2, died at 8:25 a.m. today at her home. She was born Jan. 29, 1871, at Royer, the daughter of Adam and Sarah Jane (Gunnett) Rhodes. Her husband, Orville Rhodes, whom she married June 6, 1922, at Cumberland, Md., died in 1928.
Surviving are one brother, John Calvin Rhodes of Clappertown, and a number of nieces and nephews. A son, Walter, preceded her in death.
She was a Gold Star mother and attended the Methodist Church at Royer.
Friends will be received at the home after 7:30 p.m. today.
RHODES – Services for Mrs. Ella Rebecca Rhodes of Royer will be held at the Rhodes home at Royer on Friday at 2:30 p.m., in charge of the Rev. W. A. Turner. Interment, Royer Cemetery. Friends will be received at the home after 7:30 p.m. today.
