IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHARLES ELMER WILLIAM JUDISH

My gentle, soft spoken dad, Charles Elmer William Judish of Springfield, Lane, Oregon passed away 20 November 1971, in Roseburg, Douglas, Oregon of a stroke at the age of 54. He was born to parents William August Ferdinand and Elsa Franciska Elizabeth (Seehafer) Judish in Sisseton, Roberts, South Dakota. He graduated from Browns Valley High School on the 28 May 1936 as class president, in Browns Valley, Traverse, Minnesota. He served in the Civilian Conservation Corps from 1937 to 1938 in Roubaix, Lawrence, South Dakota. He was united in marriage to my mother, Anna Maria Gisella Wisniowsky on 24 March 1945, in Ogden, Weber, Utah. He had lived in the Springfield community for the past twenty years. Survivors include his wife Anna Maria Gisella (Wisniowsky), four sons Walter Edward, Carl Wesley (Carole) and Gary Paul Judish all of Springfield, Robert Charles (Maureen) Judish of Lowell. Three daughters Sharon Lee (Ronald) Kintzley of Lowell, Susanne Marie (Steven) Chalker of Springfield and Sharlene Roselle (James) Lisenby of Kodiak, Alaska. His father William August Ferdinand Judish of Browns Valley, Traverse, Minnesota. Two brothers George Herman Freidrich (Josephine) Judish of Browns Valley, Traverse, Minnesota and Floyd Francis (Arline) Judish of Hawaii. And nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother Elsa Franciska Elizabeth Judish and nephew Dana Floyd Judish.
Funeral services were held Wednesday 24 November at 10:00 a.m. in Springfield, Oregon at Buell Chapel. Reverend Earl Gibbs officiating. Internment followed at Springfield Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
