JANESVILLE— Dorothy R. Boeche, 81, of 1211 Drake St., died Tuesday, July 27, 2004, at Cedar Crest. She was born in Oak Park, IL, on Feb. 20, 1923, the daughter of Charles and Mattie (Sittinger) Snyder. Dorothy married Richard C. Boeche on July 23, 1949, in Oak Park, IL. He preceded her in death on Jan. 11, 1985. She was employed at Evanston Hospital as a medical technologist. Later, after moving from Branson, MO, to Janesville nearly 18 years ago, she had worked as a senior companion. She was a member of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church and a local German club. Dorothy is survived by her son, Mark (Stephanie) Boeche of Janesville; daughter, Heidi Lovell of Wauconda, IL; and 6 grandchildren: Niles and Brittany Boeche, Brian Malone, Derek Lovell, Adam and Eric Boeche. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son, Joel Boeche; and brother, Charles Snyder. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 29, 2004, at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME, with Rev. Paul Garchow and Rev. Cory Burma officiating. Private burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the SCHNEIDER APFEL SCHNEIDER & SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service.
