Lloyd Palmer Frye, age 86, of Chilhowie, died Sunday, Dec. 20, 1998 in the Francis Marion Manor Nursing Home in Marion.

Survivors include two sons, Charles W. "C.W." Frye and Glenn David Frye, both of Chilhowie; one brother, W.G. "Dub" Frye, Chilhowie; one sister, Bertha Lee Henderson, Bristol; five grandchildren; five great- grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 22, in Williams Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jeff Callahan officiating. Graveside services will be conducted today, Dec. 23, at 10 a.m. at Kelly's Chapel Cemetery.
