Mrs. Tabitha Lou Duggan, 63, wife of R. F. Duggan, chairman of the board of Magnolia Seed Company, who lived at Cliff Towers, died at Pasadena, Calif., Saturday[, May 18, 1946], it was reported here Sunday.
Mrs. Duggan is survived by her husband; a son, Randolph F. Duggan Jr. of Dallas; two daughters, Mrs. J. H. Bliss, Monterey Park, Calif.; Mrs. Maxine Garrison, Alhambra, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. C. F. Shipp, Dallas; Mrs. Susan Sipes, Anahuac, Texas; and a brother, Elmo C. Sleight of Shawnee, Okla.
Services were scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday[, May 22,] in the chapel of the Poole Funeral Home with burial at Restland Memorial Park.—The Dallas Morning News, 20 May 1946; Section I, page 3
