The funeral was held this (Thursday) evening at 8:30 o'clock, conducted by Rev. S. E. The following friends of the deceased acted as pall bearers, Henry D. Glanton, Robert Hutchinson, P. Connally, Ajalon Daniel, J. E. Dunson, James Handley.
Mr. Traylor is survived by his wife and two children, both girls, age 2 and 4 years, respectively; five brothers, Messrs. G. T. Traylor, LaGrange, L. H. Traylor, Gabbettville, J. H. Traylor, Astoria, Long Island, New York, J. E. Traylor, LaGrange, Lieutenant Chas. L. Traylor, Eagle Pass, Texas, one sister, Mrs. E. H. (sic) Loyd, near LaGrange.
Mr. Traylor was a splendid man. He was a member of the First Methodist church, this city, and was active in the discharge of every Christian duty devolved upon him.
For several years he had held a responsible position with the LaGrange National Bank and for efficiency in every detail of his work he was without peer.
He will be missed in every department of life in which he moved, but his loved ones, with whom he was most closely associated and who knew him best, will miss him most of all. To them goes the sympathy of a host of friends in this supreme hour of their sorrow.
