Jonathan Starr of Groton, and daugther of Capt. James Morgan. After his father's [Thomas Adgate, Sr] death, Thomas occupied the house and home-lot, and also succeeded his father as deacon, holding the office until his death in 1760, aged 91. His widow died in 1763.
