Vera Furnish, 83, died Monday in New London, Conn. She was born in St. Joe, Aug. 10, 1892 to Marshall and Mary Andress. Her husband, David Furnish, preceded her in death in 1954.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Harry Gault, Garto, Conn; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Hursh, St. Joe, Mrs. Lloyd Miller, Auburn, and Mrs. Clayton Wyatt, Fort Wayne; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are to be held at 2. p.m. Thursday in Riverside Cemetery in St. Joe with Rev. Terry Rhine officiating. Arrangements are being conducted through Baidinger and Walter Funeral Home of Garrett.
