Note: Cyrus F. Redlon and his infant son, Harry, were originally buried at Minneapolis Pioneers and Soldiers Memorial Cemetery where Cyrus' father and brother are buried. However, on May 7, 1926, both Harry and Cyrus F. were moved to this cemetery and interned with the family; they share one grave. Cyrus had a headstone, however, Harry does not.

The funeral of comrade Cyrus Redlon, who died at his home, 719 Fifteenth street east, after a long illness, was held under the auspices of the post Saturday. Comrade Redlon came to Minnesota in 1855 and had been a resident of this city since 1867. He was a member of and assisted in organizing the first band of this city. He became a member of the Morgan G. A. R. Drum Corps in 1883. During the war he served in Company A,Third Regiment Minnesota Infantry and was transferred to the One Hundred Thirteenth United States Cavalry where he served until the close of the war. Comrades A. E. Radeker, G. E. Smith, W. Farbain, W. H. Humason, W. B. McPherson and C. R. Fix, all members of the drum corps, acted as pallbearers. Burial was in Layman's cemetery.
