ANDERSON DIES OF CAR INJURY
Arthur Anderson, 72, of Germantown, formerly of Amberg, died Tuesday in a Kaukauna hospital from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
He was a Veteran of World War I and a member of the Wausaukee American Legion post. He was born in 1890 in Fairfield, Iowa and moved to Amberg 48 years ago. he remained there until a year ago.
Surviving are one son, Richard of Germantown; two daughters, Mrs. Beatrice Taylor of Germantown and Mrs. Robert Klutch of Green bay; a sister Mrs. Haines of McHenry, Ill.; a brother Raymond in Iowa and 10 grandchildren.
Services will be Friday at 1:30 p.m. in Amberg Presbyterian Church with Rev. A.B. Pearson Jr. in charge. Friends may call at the Laun Funeral Home from 3 p.m. Thursday until 10 a.m. Friday. Burial will be in Amberg Cemetery.

DRIVER DIES IN OUTAGAMIE COUNTY CRASH
Appleton- Outagamie County Tuesday recorded its 13th traffic fatality this year and its fourth in three days. The latest victim is Arthur M. Anderson, 72, of Rt. 1, Germantown.
Anderson died at the Kaukauna Communtiy Hospital of crushing chest injuries he received when his car went out of control on U.S. Highway 41 in the city of Kaukauna.
Kaukauna Police said after leaving the road Anderson's car traveled 303 feet on the shoulder of the road, then 231 feet crossing a driveway. He applied his brakes, skidded 45 feet, coming to a rest on an embankment in a ditch.
Outagamie County Coroner Bernard H. Kemps, said Anderson apparently suffered a heart attack while driving his car, which caused him to leave the road.
The results of an autopsy performed late Tuesday revealed Anderson died of "crushing chest injuries he received as a result of the accident".
