Funeral Services For John C. Tate Slated Today
Final rites for John Crawford Tate, 85, Hatch farmer, were to be held at 2:3-PM today in the Hatch Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Tate died in a Hatch clinic on Sunday morning.
Services are to be conducted by Reverend Richard Stevens assisted by Reverend R.L. Frunks. Burial will be at the Garden of Memories in Hatch. Nelson funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
A resident of Hatch for the past 25 years, Mr. Tate is survived by three sons; D.J. Tate of Oklahoma, A.M Tate and P.E. Tate both of Las Cruces, New Mexico. six daughers; Mrs. Mary Pryor, Ardmore, Oklahoma, Mrs. Lillian Blevins of Lubbock, Texas, Mrs. Vivian Brawley, Mrs. E.L. Brawley, and Mrs. Clear of Hatch, and Mrs. Evelyn Wallace of Tucamari, New Mexico, two half brothers; Jim and Frank Byrd of Lawton, Oklahoma, a half sister, Alice Hammett of Lawton,
