Vera F. Kunkel, 92, of Hesperia died April 5, 1987.
A native of Long Beach, she was a resident of Hesperia 25 years and was a lifetime resident of California. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Kunkel is survived by sons Richard Haag of Lancaster, a son of La Mirada, a son of Hesperia and a son of Phoenix; a daughter of Mira Loma, sister Daisy Mae Benson of Victorville, 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, from Desert View Memorial Park. Hesperia Pastor Lawrence H. Bird Sr. of Hesperia Congregational Church will officiate. Kern Hesperia Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
