She was born July 21, 1934 in Twin Falls to Fawn and Ralph Nelson and grew up in Kimberly, graduating in 1952, at which time she attended Idaho State College for three years.
She married Stanley Barth on June 14, 1955 in Kimberly, then resided in Burley where they raised their children. She was active in their scouting, youth groups and 4H. She and Stan moved to Boise in 1987 where they reside now.
She is survived by her children, Pam Linger (Dave), Boise, Doug Barth, Othello, Todd Barth (Lisa), Ephrata, and Carolee Baugh (Charlie) Texas; 15 grandchildren, Jeff, Tricia, Debbie, Tabitha, Audra, Heather, Andy, Chrissy, Jake, Tyrone, Kelvin, Spencer, Derek, Nathan and Shauna Brewer (Justin); eight great-grandchildren, Fawn, Micah, Emily, Tyler, Dani, Hailey, Rayne and Isabelle; and her brothers, Vern (Charlene) and John (Joan).
She was greeted in Heaven by her parents, Fawn and Ralph, her sister, Fern, and brother, Gaile.
There will be a celebration of her life at Hillview Methodist Church on July 7 at 10:00am, graveside services at Sunset Memorial Cemetery in Twin Falls at 3:00pm, followed by a celebration gathering at 4:00pm in Twin Falls for our family and friends.
