FRANK B. JEAN, 74, of Tampa died Sunday at James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. He moved to Tampa in 1962 from St. Petersburg. He was a retired schoolteacher for Hillsborough County School System, a World War II Navy veteran and Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte; a daughter, Carol Sims of Orlando; two sons, Jim of Gainesville and Ted of West Palm Beach; a brother, Bruce of Jensen Beach; a sister, Carrie True of Louisville, Ky.; and 10 grandchildren. Jennings Funeral Home, Tampa.
