Mattie V. loved to travel & went to all 50 states, taking her son, Roy Vee to 49 of them. This included Alaska & Hawaii. They also went to Canada, Mexico , Jamaica, Central & South America. Later, on her own, she spent another summer in Peru volunteering in the outpost library for Wycliff Bible Translators. Roy & Mattie V. had a son, Roy Vee Baskin. He lives in Thailand with his wife Wanphen and two daughters, Tarinya & Metavee Baskin.
