Prececeded in death by father and brothers, Chad, Mark and Gary Jr. Survived by mother and son, Taylor, both of Johnstown; and several nieces and nephews. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran. By request, there will be no public viewing. Funeral service will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by Henderson Funeral Home, East Hills.
