Services for Mr. Holder were held Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at Centertown Cemetery. Bro. Bobby Wheeler, Joe Sissom, and Rev. Christian Smith officiated.
Mr. Holder was born October 29, 1918, to parents; Herbert and Ella (Williamson) Holder. He was a retired employee of Warren Co. Highway Dept., retired farmer, attended Bratcher's Cross Roads Free Methodist Church and a member of Bates Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was preceded in death by parents; wife; Sarah Page Holder, and brother; Ray Holder.
Mr. Holder is survived by his sons; Ralph Holder, McMinnville, Wayne (Jodie) Holder, Bratcher's Cross Road Community; brothers; John D. (Alma Lee) Holder, Paul Holder, all of Centertown Community, sister-in-law; Nancy Holder, McMinnville, 5 grandchildren; 3 grandchilden special niece Juanita Brumley and special friend; Linda Holder.
