OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — Carol Ann Luethke, age 40, of Oak Ridge, died suddenly Monday, June 18, 2012, at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center in Knoxville.
She was born Jan. 13, 1972, in Oak Ridge.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Edith L. Stockton; and her uncle, Robert I. Taylor.
Ms. Luethke is survived by her father, Scotty Stockton of Oak Ridge; daughters, Tara and Becky Luethke of Oak Ridge; sister, Diane Ruddy and husband, Jeremy, and their son, Mason Williams, all of Madison, Wis. She is also survived by an extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins and her special friend, Jay Hackney, of Knoxville.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Weatherford Mortuary. The funeral will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jason Brackin officiating. The burial will follow at Oak Ridge Memorial Park.
