DEATH OF A. G. MCGEE
A. G. McGee, a well known farmer of this county, died Saturday at the home of his son-in-law, Samuel Cardwell,near Hempridge, of infirmities of age.Mr. McGee was eighty six years old and formerly resided near Clay Village. He was a member of the MethodistChurch and an honest upright citizen. Besides his wife, he leaves several grown children.The funeral services were conducted Sunday morning at the Methodist Church at Clay Village by Rev. H. G. Turnerof this city. At the close of the services the remains were brought to Shelbyville and interred in Grove Hill Cemetery.
