Caldwell" at 11 yrs old, but is not on the 1900 Census. They had one child together, Dan Alfred Caldwell on July 4,1901. Ethel was the daughter of Alfred A Gates and Sarah Sabrina Poole. She is buried next to her husband Milton.
I called Pine Grove Cemetery 6/15/2012 and spoke to a woman there who read me the info listed on Ethel M. Caldwell. She said the inscription in the Deed Book for the Cemetery read: 73 yrs 2 mos and 12 days old... which is how I came up with her birth date.
