He was born on May 8, 1939 in Henry County, VA to the late Velveradge Y. Beeson and Johnsie Pegram Beeson.
Mr. Beeson was a member of the Collinsville Pentecostal Holiness Church where he was a former deacon and choir member. He retired from Pillowtex, Fieldale, VA after 40 years of service as a supervisor in the sewing room.
Surviving are his wife of 53 years, Nancy Turner Beeson of the home; daughters and son-in-law, Jan Beeson Jones and Gregg Jones of Providence, NC and Krista Lee Beeson of Bassett, VA; granddaughter; aunt, Dorothy Pegram of Martinsville, VA; mother-in-law, Edna Turner of Bassett, VA and several cousins.
