He moved to Antioch from Twin Falls, Ida. in 1925 and was employed by the Pioneer Rubber Co. in Pittsburg until he retired in 1949. He was a member of the F & AM Masonic Lodge of Proctor, Vt.
His wife was Lutie Luella Lewis, and they were married Jun. 24, 1915 in Shoshone, Ida. They had no known children.
Richard died on Jul. 4, 1960 at his home in Antioch after an illness lasting several months.
