Abram P. Ball, 78, died yesterday in his home, RD 2, Delanson.
A NATIVE of the Town of Wright, Schoharie county, he had lived in the Delanson vicinity all his life. Mr. Ball, a machinist at the General Electric Co., had retired 14 years ago. He was a member of the GE Quarter-Century Club and was also on the board of the Grove Cemetery Association at Quaker Street.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Lina Wilber Ball; two sons, Howard H. Ball of Schenectady and Dr. Rodney W. Ball of Saugerties, and four grandchildren.
THE WHITE funeral home, Delanson, will be open tonight from 7 to 9 o'clock and the funeral service will be from there tomorrow at, 2 p.m. Rev. Edward Diamond, retired Episcopal rector, will officiate. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery, Quaker Street.
