Ann "Fern" Hawkins, 81, a lifelong resident of Paulding, MS died Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at MS Care Center of Raleigh, MS. She was born October 13,1941 at Paulding, MS.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, March 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church in Paulding, MS. The Rite of Committal and burial will follow at St. Michael Catholic Church Cemetery. Father Adolfo Suarez Pasillas will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Bay Springs is in charge of arrangements. (601)764-2181

Fern graduated from Heidelberg High School. She was a dedicated and active member of St. Michael Catholic Church. She enjoyed singing at church and participating in church activities. She was best known for her positive attitude, her ability to persevere over tough obstacles in life, and always chose to see the best in everyone that she was around. She will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents Jack and Annie Harrington Hawkins.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
