Collin F Webb passed away in Springville, Utah at the age of 81, on November 16, 2004. He was born August 10,1923 to Florence Irene Hepburn and Frank Edward Webb in Salt Lake City. He married Carol Julie Johnson. Collin is survived by his wife, Carol and five children. Steven, Ronald Craig, Renee Carol, Margot Cynthia and Denise Claire. Funeral service held November 20, 2004 with interment in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
