Deborah "Debbie" Sue Kassmeyer, 44, of West Point died at 5:30 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2012, at West Point Care Center.
Born Nov. 17, 1967, in Fort Madison, she was the daughter Robert and Delores Fritzjunker Kassmeyer.
Miss Kassmeyer lived and worked 20 years at Hope Haven. She was a member of St. James the Less Catholic Church in St. Paul. She enjoyed going for rides and being with people.
Survivors include her mother, Delores Mickelson of West Point; her father and stepmother Robert "Bob" and Val Kassmeyer of West Point; one stepsister, Nicole Boatman of West Point; one stepbrother, Shannon McGowan of West Point; one niece; and four nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
Burial will be in St. James the Less Cemetery in St. Paul.
