Before 1946 he married Violet R. Roberts, daughter of Robert Ridley "Bob" and Ima (Kimbrough) Roberts. They had five children from this union.
Jack Bernard Peacock, Sr. died June 10, 2012, at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.
Violet R. (Roberts) Peacock died December 30,1992, at San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas.

Jack B. Peacock born on March 26, 1922 went to be with the Lord on June 10, 2012.
Survivors include his loving wife Lydia, sons Jack, Phillip, Nathan, Lindsey, and Gary Peacock, stepchildren Elena Lopez, Lydia Trevino, Armando and Rudy Acosta, numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other loving family members and friends.
