Funeral of Mrs. Anna Cassiday; Interred in Mound Cemetery.
The remains of Mrs. Anna Cassiday, who died Saturday morning at her home southwest of the city, were laid to rest at two o'clock Sunday afternoon in Mound cemetery, in the presence of a number of friends and relatives.
Mrs. Cassiday was formerly Miss Anna Mohler. She was born in Perry county, O., on Feb. 25, 1837. She came to Illinois in 1853 and was married to Mr. Cassiday near Shelbyville about 1856. Eight children was the result of the marriage. Three brothers, Dave, J. H., and D. L. Mohler of Winamac, Ind., are left to mourn her loss.
