Deceased Name: Gladys K. Sterrett

MIFFLIN - Gladys K. Sterrett, 64, of Mifflin died Sunday in Hershey Medical Center.
She was a retired employee of the Visiting Nurse Association of Juniata County, a former employee of American Viscose Corp., Lewistown, and was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Mifflintown, Millford Grange 773, and Pomona Grange 35, where she was deputy state matron.
Surviving are her husband, Edgar D. Sterrett; five sisters, Helen Kauffman, Irene K. Ernest, Iva K. Beward, Marian K. Stetler, and Esther K. Cramer, all of Mifflintown RD 3; three brothers, Donald Kauffman of Mifflintown RD 3, Albert "Bud" Kauffman of Okeechobee, Fla., and Richard Kauffman of Cambria, Calif.; and several nephews and nieces.
Services will be held at 10: 30 a.m. Wednesday in the Brown Funeral Home, Mifflintown, with the Revs. Jack L. Rider and Edwin Rohrbeck officiating. Burial will be in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Mifflintown.
