Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Friday for Louis Barcak, 79, a Richmond area resident who died early Wednesday morning. Immanuel Church of Christ in Needville will be the site of the services, with Rev. Joseph Seiler officiating. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
A retired farmer, Mr. Barcak was a veteran of World War I and a member of Immanuel Church of Christ.
Survivors include his wife, Tillie of Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Surovec of Freeport; his brothers, Emil of Needville, Adolph of Angleton, and Frank and Will, both of Richmond; a sister, Mrs. Albina Holub of Muse, Okla.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
