He was a fireman in the war, I believe the end of WW II. His services were either done in Plattesmouth, Ne. or Omaha, Ne. Cremation is unknown, most likely in the same area as his services. He was a boiler maker.

His parents were Thomas Leahy Short and Margaret May (Mae) Terrell.
