Services for Rowe L. Beacham, 71, of 814 N. Jefferson St., Dublin, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. The Rev. W.L. Tipton and the Rev. W.E. Flanders will officiate and burial will be in Northview Cemetery. A lifelong resident of Laurens County, Mr. Beacham was the son of the late Hershel Braxton and
Mobbie Foskey Beacham, was a Navy veteran of World War II, was retired from J.P. Stevens and was a member of Rockledge United Methodist Church. He died Friday in a Macon hospital. Survivors include his wife, Drunelle Beacham of Dublin; his sons and daughters-in-law, Lewis and Debra Beacham of Statesboro, and Billy and Loree Beacham, and Michael Beacham of Dublin; and two grandsons, Brett Beacham of
Statesboro and Eric Beacham of Dublin. Eric Beacham, Ron Graham, Tracy Beall, Arnold Oliver, Eddie Chester and Harry Hayes will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6-8 tonight at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home, who has charge of arrangements.
